Late Summer, early Fall 2022

I am writing this on the last day of September and as much as I like autumn, I can't believe how quickly this summer has passed. I realize my last blog post was 2 months ago!!

I thought I would simply share some of the photos I took, starting from mid August until September 24th. The fall colors are late this year but we are seeing more and more changes with each day, especially since we had a hard frost on September 28.

One of the highlights was an incredible evening sky after a thunderstorm passed, on September 2nd. The clouds were simply otherworldly and shifting their shape and colors within a few minutes.

Enjoy my late summer, early fall sceneries - photos are all taken in my area (Rusk County in northern Wisconsin)
